AGENDA

1. Resolution needed to change the location of a scheduled workshop on March 10, 2005 from the Town Hall to the VFW Kemble Ave, Cold Spring, New York 10516.

3. Andy Chmar to address the Town Board with an update on the work of the Comprehensive Plan Implementation Subcommittee on Natural Resources.

4. The following Resolutions are needed in connection with the Wetlands Committee: a. Accept resignation of Isabel Lopatin as Chairperson b. Appoint Matthew Mastrantone as Chair to the Wetlands Committee c. Consider appointing Isabel Lopatin as Secretary to the Wetlands Committee at the salary set forth in the 2005 Budget.

5. Resolution authorizing extension of real property tax collection for persons deployed by the military.

6. Authorize Supervisor Mazzuca to sign the contract between Conway School of Landscape Design and the Town of Philipstown "Nunc pro tunc".

7. Resolution needed to rename two non town roads as follows:

A) Lake Drive to Ridge Road B) Lake Drive cul-de-sac to Lake Court

8. Authorize change in contract between Tom Rippolon Section B item (a) from $25.00 to $ 50.00 additional fee for meetings that start one hour before scheduled start time.

9. Thomas Drumme requesting that the road be named Highland Ridge as submitted on his minor sub-division plat located off of Lake Surprise Road.

10. Schedule the 2005 Spring Town Wide Cleanup and authorize Town Clerk to advertise for bidders.

11. Consider hiring a consultanting firm to review the DGEIS for Quarry Pond to explore alternatives for that site.

12. Code Enforcement Monthly Report

13. Humane Society Monthly Report

14. Any other business that may come before the Town Board.
