1. Resolution re-establishing Freedom of Information Law requirements for the Town of Philipstown.

2. Resolution approving the 2005 points listing as submitted by Philipstown Volunteer Ambulance for the Length of Service Award Program.

3. Town Board to discuss correspondence from Chris Marrison with regard to drainage problems on Old Manitou Road.

4. Town Board to discuss correspondence from Theresa Orlandi and Joseph Flanagan with regard to misdirected rainwater.

5. Town Board to discuss correspondence from Vincent & Birgit Bonanno with regard to water problems on South Mountain Pass and Manitou Road.

6. Re-appoint members to the CAC for a two-year term: (current term expires March 3, 2006)
